Why doesn't My Log-In work?

You're not alone. I've not been able to log in all day...had to sign on with a new account to even get here. I'd be interested in knowing how quickly this will be resolved, but I'll have patience, as Auctiva is worth a glitch now and then. Luck to all with the same problem!

Log-in is definitly not working for me. My regular Auctive name is Moontidearts, but when putting that in with the password that I'm positive is correct, I am unable to log-in. I registered again as Moontide so that I could access this forum. I could then not log-in with my proper password under the name Moontide in order to reply here. I took a chance of trying my Moontidearts name and password, and BINGO, I'm in. Now this could not be right. I still can't log in to my Moontidearts account to work on my listings. I've cleared my cache, rebooted, cleared temp internet files, etc...but no luck. What to do, what to do...?

P.S. And yes, I did go to the classic www.auctiva.com to log in...filling out the spaces at the top left with member name and password...Tried again, no luck.
