why don't the pictures appear on ebay listings

hi there,
so I upload my images to auctiva and I can asign them to my listing but then when i see my listings on ebay they have no image
they only have the image icon.
its getting to be super annoying, first it did once in a while but its getting worst and worst, I then have to go back to ebay en revise my listings and only use one picture directly there but thats defeating the main purpose of using auctiva, I'm even considering to switch to viso or another site.
please any advise will be deeply appreciated.

I'm not quite sure what might be causing the behavior you are describing so this is something we'd need to look into further. If you contact our customer support team and provide them with an example of a listing that exhibits this problem, we should be able to help you out with this.
