Why is a deleted item continously relisting itself??

A couple of thoughts...did you delete it from Auctiva, closed listings too?

Is there anything in Auctiva and or ebay's relist profile?

Did you have multiple quantities listed intentionally or by mistake?

I don't see how deleting it from the closed listings will help, but I have done it, because you just may be right!

I double checked and the quantity was definitely only 1.

Crimson, I was chatting with someone else on a different thread and they too were experiencing the same problems.

I think he filed a support ticket. Another ticket might get greater attention.

The only thing I know of that would cause a listing that is ended manually to relist is if the listing has an auto-relist profile attached to it that indicates it should be relisted if it ends in the state it was in when canceled. For example, if you have an auto-relist profile attached to an item indicating the item should be relisted if no items are sold and you end the listing when no items have been sold, the item would be auto-relisted by the profile.

Under these circumstances, in order to prevent the item from being automatically relisted when you end it, I recommend checking the box next to the item on your Auctiva Active Listings page and clicking the "Stop Auto Relist" button on that page to remove the auto-relist profile from the listing prior to ending it.
