I've been trying like crazy to list 10 new items. I've been at it for almost 2 hours now, and only have 4 listings ready. When I first signed in, some of my images weren't showing up. Now it seems that parts fine, but now this? I keep creating similar ads, and it's taking forever!!! Why is everything so slow today????

I jumped the gun... it seems that there's a real problem site-wide. Now I can't even preview my items before sceduling. I wanted things to launch at 8 p.m., but it looks as though I might have to pull the ads because there is a REAL problem with the images and I'm afraid the auctions will launch without pics! (deep breath...that was a long sentence!)
Can't some-one shed some light? (is it because it's Sunday???) Or better yet, FIX this mess? I'm getting more frustrated every minute...

It's not just slow for me, it just ain't working. I think my pictures uploaded, as I got a confirmation for most of them, but I have no access to them to organize them or anything else. I tried to create a listing, and the page said Loading for over 20 minutes. Nada, nothing came up. I hate doing this stuff on Sundays, but it always seems to happen this way.
I love Auctiva but it seems every weekend is a different problem. Today (and Tusday and Wednesday too) the site is soooooo slooooowwwww! You guys are lucky, you got something done. I have been trying to list something and first could not open the site (server not responding error message) then it takes forever to load a page and it crashes when I try to save the item. So frustrating... I would rather pay a reasonable monthly fee for a faster server and stay here than have to leave such a great service. I won't have much choice, it seems.
Last Sunday we had those graphics inserted in the description code. It took me all day to try to get rid of it. No listings... Today is this problem with the server.

C'mon Auctiva, let's pick up the pace!

"Image Server Fix" was to speed things up - now EVERYTHING is moving way slower ! Took me all day to create a few listings ! EVERY click of the mouse took Minutes (not Seconds) to get where it needed to go, if it got there at all !!! At least I could upload images today. Pics show up in my Ebay listings but load VERY SLOWLY ! Speeding things up seem to be slowing things down !!!
Yes, I finally got cable internet, and I feel like I'm on dial up. I thought the page had frozen when I tried saving my listing, so I closed it down. I think this whole server thing is working slower. But it's still better than the extra fees--and soooo much better than working with O-lister on Overstock. At least Auctiva has decent customer support people always there for help--and a better message board, too!!! THANKS AUCTIVA AND EVERYONE!!

It happens more than it should. If we paid would we get better service??

I've discussed this with others and no, I don't think so. Every one of this auction services runs into glitches every now and again. I was told there's no way to avoid them.
Whatever was going on with posting/listing seems to have been resolved. I'm a first time auctiva user and I absolutely love what it does for my listings...but I was a bit disappointed that nobody from auctiva took the time to post there was an issue, what the issue was, and at least COMMUNICATE! They would have less frustrated/angry users if they would just communicate with any problems/issues as they arise. For me perhaps the most difficult was I couldn't get my registration email to even reply within the community forums. Talk about a first time experience. At least I am impressed with the time it took to resolve the problem (Andale had issues for weeks!). Well, hope we can all stop scratching our heads and get MORE CUSTOMERS!!!
