Why is it not showing up?

I've been using Auctiva for a while with no problems, but I want to change my template and for some reason it won't let me!

I choose the design I want and then when I go into edit the text so I can put all the relevant info in, the template is not showing up, so I don't know where to put all my info if you know what I mean?

Help, what am I doing wrong?!

Hello - Just so I make sure I'm understanding you - you want to make a new master listing template? Well I'm new to this also, and here's what I've been doing - I've been doing just like I want to add a new listing - then you can edit your preferences and save a new template - you have to make sure you choose the new template tho. I also don't think it works on what you have currently listed. Hope I didn't muddy up the waters tooo much - Dawn
