Why is my item not showing in my ebay store

I posted two listings today as ebay store listings. The first one shows up in "my ebay" as an active item, and in my auctiva as an active item. However, when I click on the store icon in ebay this item does not show up on my gallery veiw as an active item.
The second item I listed basically the same way DOES show up in "my ebay" as active, in my auctive as active, and in my ebay store gallery view.
Why would the 2nd launched listing show up but not the first?
Am I doing something wrong?
Please help?
I am trying to switch from an old listing service to auctiva and want to make sure I know what I am doing before I launch all the rest of my switched over listings.
