Why is my store window not on my auctions?

Hi!

Store Window is enabled but is not showing up in my auctions. It has been working fine and all of a sudden, no store window?

Hi gail8180,

I'm baffled as to why the store window isn't showing up in your imported listings but I'm glad to see it's showing up in your auctiva created listings. Since you only have 5 listings that lack the store window, it may be practical for you to add the store window manually by adding inserting the store window html into each one using eBay's "Revise Item" form.

The store window html can be found at Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML.

I apologize for being unable to come up with an easier solution.
