Why is my Store Window not showing

Hi,
Yesterday i placed 13 new listing on my ebay and the Store Window is still not showing. It's still on my old listings so what am i doing wrong that it has not been added to my lastest listings

Hi tigerlilly,

It appears these listings just haven't been imported into Auctiva yet...once they're imported, thry'll automatically be appended with the store window.

I have just placed your account on priority list to reconcile with eBay. Your remaining eBay listings should be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window within the next 12 hours. I apologize for the delay.
