Help link is in the top right corner of every page on our site. On the help page is a link to: "File a Support Request"

I checked both your stores at the time of my first reply and both came up instantly. However I've seen the slowness myself from one of my AOL accounts before which is why I'd recommend a support case to see if they can figure out what it is that is slowing it for you. For most people it should be fast like it is for me.
Hi thereSmile

I have a somewhat similar problem to you except that my store page is taking longer then your's to load when I click on my web page link...

I did submit a help request to support. They got back to me quickly and made several suggestions to try none of which worked.

I tried a number of things myself, like adding Auctiva to my trusted sites under security etc.

I then sent them the link to my webpage. They tested the link and my store loaded quickly for them, as it also did when they typed in the url. Sadly my problem is still not resolved.

I am fairly certain that the problem is not to do with my setup as I am not having similar problems elsewhere.

I realise that this thread is fairly old, but I wonder if anyone else is experiencing similar now?

The only new software that I have installed recently is Adobe Flash version 9.0.124.0. I wouldn't have thought that it would cause a problem?

Clearly this problem does not affect the majority of Auctiva subscribers, but it would be interesting to know if there is any common factors for anyone experiencing similar.

If so it would be a good starting point re finding a possible communal solution for the issue, if indeed there is one...

Have a nice day.
