Why won't auctive find my pics?

Hi everyone,
I have the store gallery setup fine, but with no pics showing, my pics are not hosted on ebay, is this why they are not being found? how do i change where auctiva looks for the pics?

Hello,

Auctiva finds the images that are gallery images or header images, so when your listings are imported, store window pics are created from those images.

If your listings that weren't created with Auctiva don't have header or gallery images, no image will be displayed in the store window for that listing.

If you create your listings through Auctiva, you don't need to have store or gallery images for an image to be displayed in the Auctiva store and store window.
