I've used counters, but sometimes they don't show. Can I resort to using eBay counters even though I've listed with Auciva?

If you selected the "hidden" version of the Sellathon counter, you should not be able to see any trace of the counter in your listings and you should only be able to see the hits your listings have received by looking under the "Hits" column on your Auctiva Active Listings page. On the other hand, if you selected the "visible" version of the counter, you should be able to see counters at the bottom of your listings.
It is not possible to select the eBay counter when creating your listings through Auctiva, but you could potentially use eBay's "Revise your Item" form to add their counters to your listings once they are posted.
If you selected the "visible" version of the Sellathon counter and cannot see it on your listings, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
