Why won't my listing transfer the other way??!!

ANYONE THAT CAN OFFER ANY INFO WILL BE MY HERO!!

I HAVE BEEN USING AUCTIVA FOR A WHILE NOW AND HAVE ONE POINT TO MAKE.

OBVIOUSLY WHEN WE POST A LISTING ON AUCTIVA IT GETS TRANSFERRED TO EBAY. IF THE ITEM DOES NOT SELL AND IS RELISTED VIA EBAY - WHY DOES THE IMAGE/LISTING NOT SHOW UP IN THE SLIDING GALLERY??!!

IT IS STILL FEATURED IN THE LISTING BUT DOES NOT SHOW THE PICTURE OF THE ITEM - WHY IS THIS?!

IS THERE NO WAY OF IMPORTING THE LISTING TO AUCTIVA VIA EBAY - DOES IT NOT AUTOMATICALLY DO THIS??!!

BY THE WAY - I AM REFERRING TO THE UK SITE NOT USA!

When you relist an item via eBay, it will automatically be imported to Auctiva and be eligible to be displayed in the store window. It typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window, but it may take up to 12 hours at times.

I checked your listings now, and your images are appearing in your store window, but until we move to our new data center on Monday, 3/6, we will be disabling the store window images during peak hours on our site. This is why you may see "Loading Image" displayed in your store window much of the time.
