Why wont' my listings post?

My having the same problem - about 20 minutes and my status is showing 'retrying - 20 mins remaining'. This is my first posting to Auctiva. So, do I cancel it, because I sure do want this listing up.

Auctiva's computers, or eBay are really bogged down right now. Right after XGiving, and everyone is shopping and posting.

Auctiva has your auctions in the cue, to post, but they may not make it before they time out.

The default is for Auctiva to try for 30 minutes, but change that on my auctions to be 60 minutes....and I'm not sure some of mine are going to get posted.

If not, then I'll just reschedule for tomorrow evening.

Thanks Tom, I guessed there was probably a problem with the system. But it is happening again today. I have been able to get 4 or 5 auctions listed and the next one went into retry again and again, just like last evening! Very frustrating. Guess I will just keep trying!

I'm still having the same problem. I've been trying since Sunday with no luck. I tried a "test" posting this afternoon around 3 and that one posted, but my scheduled ones did not. This is very frustrating and this is my first time using Auctiva and at this point it's getting very discouraging...

Same thing here. 2 posted (one that wouldn't post sunday!) and then the last one flat out would not post. Said error but gave me no error message so I don't know what is going on. The timing on this is really frustrating!

Darn. Guess it's not just me then. I ended up with one that had an error, but still made it out to Ebay. It's just nuts. It's a bummer as my normal listing day is Tuesday. Threw that little schedule off.

Guess I'll set my timer longer and schedule them again!

Tom I was just tying on my big boot to give youse mugs a big kick in the butt, but then when I came here and saw you blatent honesty in admitting that you screwed up well I decided that i'd give you another chance.

I have to say that I really appreciate how well you guys handle things around here. I would never complain about a free site anyway but compared to SD this place rocks.

Hey, Sure glad i'ts not just me. I again reported it. This time they said hopefully the engineers can figure it out. Sure is a bad time of year for this to happen. Although it's free and SD isn't, at least I did not have the listing problems with SD, just everything else. I still have one that just won't list. I keep trying everyday. Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon!

Not just you! I still have one that just won't list, I will try again today! I did get an email from support (they do answer emais!) and they said something about their engineering dept. looking for the cause and fix. Good Luck!
