Hi all. I'm new to auctiva but I'm getting on ok. Listed fine all in uk pounds, but then when I went into my store to check it out, its all priced in dollars?? Why? And how can I rectify this? Please someone help!

This has been raised in another thread, I hope someone finds the answer, as I am having the same problems. It is certainly putting off buyers.
I am having the same problem. In my case, half of the auctions are in dollars and other half in pounds. Can someone please help a newbie?

This issue will be fixed by next Tuesday's propagation. Until then, we're running a query every couple hours to change the currency on those that are listed incorrectly.
So, if some of your store listings show the wrong currency, they should be fixed after a couple hours.

Was this issue ever resolved. My auctions are still showing in $ instead of £ and I uploaded 86 items last night, all showing $. I have been checking every couple of hours and no change.
If this can't be fixed I am going to have to stop using Auctiva because my customers do not want to see USD prices.

Hi, I received the email to say that they check every couple of hours and correct listings back to GBP. The last few things I listed did change after a couple of hours, but I am keeping an eye on my listings. I think the tech guys need to write a good program so ebay.com is in $ ebay.co.uk is in £ and all other countries to their respective curranceys. If it continues I think alot of people will come away from Auctiva. The last problem I had didn't even get responded to! But for now Ive been ok. Sorry I cant help more. I suggest emailing them directly. I believe a permanent patch should have been done last Tuesday 10th.

Seems to be fixed now still bounces up in dollars then changes. But when you list the buy it now on the listing page still shows in dollars? Still having problems with images they appear to go down for a least an hour a day. My 73 listings lost an hour each thats 73 hours a day which equates to 368 hours a week in potentialy lost sales as people cant view the images!!! That costs a alot doesn't it!!
