Wide Stripes on Images

I have never heard this problem reported by any other Auctiva users so I'm not sure why this may be occurring. I'm surprised to hear you state you have filed several support requests without a response because we ALWAYS respond to every support request that is filed, usually within an hour.

In one of the topic searches within the community I found both postings I had made previously about this problem - 'striped images', or something similar. I also have observed that many others have not always recieved assistance when requested - but don't misunderstand, I want to use Auctiva very much. I think it's a wonderful service especially for those of us who don't sell high price items. My camera is a Camedia 4.2 - I fine tune my images alot and resize. Perhaps this has something to do with it. They upload fine to Ebay. I will make another request for assistance. Thanks for your response. LT9

It most likely has something to do with how you are editing your images.

Is it possible that you can use a different image editing progam?

Can you post a link to a few images that demonstrate this?
