Hi everyone, I'm hoping to get some answers from somebody who might be able to help. I recently joined ebay and wanted to list some items to sell. According to the new ebay rules the minimum requirements for sellers to use the buy it now features are now removed so technically anybody could put buy it now auctions up.

Well that's great and dandy except when I create my buy it now listings on auctiva and go to schedule the listing it tells me that my listing is invalid and is missing certain fields. I double checked everything and nothing was wrong. So I then decided to just change one of my listings to an auction style instead of buy it now and when I go to schedule it everything is fine. So I'm wondering if Auctiva missed that part of the change or am I just ding something totally wrong here? SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

You're right, Ebay has no specific requirements anymore for BINs...their help page specifically says:

To sell an item at a fixed price, you must have a Feedback score of at least 0 and list the item for at least $0.99.

You're probably also right that Auctiva hasn't 'caught up' yet.The only thing I can think of is to list auction style and then revise through ebay to BIN. A true PITA Frown
Also be sure to file a support request with Auctiva..they may not even be aware of this problem. One thing comes to mind..are you sure you're checking the Fixed price box at the top of the listing page? It's kind of easy to miss.
