will the ebay special value pack be posted at the price? I could not find it in the listing?

No, this is an option while listing through Auctiva.
The reason for this is because the value pack requires the use of eBay's listing designer. Since we have our own extensive template library, we do not have eBay's listing designer available through our site.

In a related issue...for 2 days ebay is having a 1 cent upgrade sale which, among other things, applies to a subtitle. Will this apply when I list through Auctiva?

While the listing discounts will not be reflected in the Auctiva fees calculator, if your listings meet the requirements for the upgrade discounts, you will receive those discounts when you are billed by eBay.
