Hi all,

Concerning the issue of "Loading Image" being displayed in the store window...

We are in the process of transferring our hosted images on to new servers, which should increase the speed and reliability of our image hosting service. During this process, many users' images be unavailable or fail to load for periods of time.

This process should be completed by the morning of 2/17, at which point this issue should be resolved.

We appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

A couple issues mentioned on this post that are not related to this one are:
1) "No Picture Available" being displayed in the store window.
2) No store window displayed in listings at all.

If you are experiencing either of these issues, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page and our staff will assist you.
