Window will not update

Seems to me that I read in prior postings that those changes take a few hours before they update. I'm not real sure about that - this board contains so much information it's hard to keep up sometimes - DawnKick It Back - Earn additional money shopping on eBay

also if you use auctiva template in listing window seems to be a color that matches template not what u have changed too

The changes you have made to your default store window colors will only be reflected on listings posted after the change is made. The store window colors are indicated in the HTML code of each listing, so the store windows in your listings that were posted before you updated your colors will retain the same color scheme.

Also, as "3-bs" mentioned above, if you use the "Template Matching Store Window" option when creating your listings, your custom default template colors will be overridden by a color scheme that matches the colors used in the template you have selected.

After changing the look of my window, can I simply paste the generated HTML in my current item descriptions?

I just want my window colors to match my brand colors on my store, thats all. Thank you for all your responses, btw
