I have a new laptop with windows vista and am able to make listings ,photos are good without any trouble but cannot preview, schedule or post when i click on those items it just does nothing????? Could it be Vista?

We aren't aware of any inherent problems between the Vista OS and Auctiva so, based on the behavior you are describing, I believe you may have an application running on your system that contains a pop-up blocker. The Internet Explorer "Live Toolbar" that works in conjunction with Vista has also been known to cause problem with Auctiva for some users, so that could be the problem as well.
