Winning Bidder Automatic Email

I want to know if the Winning Bidder Automatic Email is supposed be sent to people who win my auctions when the auction was NOT listed by using the Auctiva lister.

The reason I asked is because I want the Winning Bidder email to be sent only when someone wins an auction listed by Auctiva, but NOT when they win an auction I listed directly through ebay. (this is because my inventory items automatically listed on ebay through auctiva have special shipping details but the auctions I list through ebay do not).

Well Auctiva is emailing the people who win my auctions that I listed directly through ebay. And I dont want that to happen. I went to the Auctiva support Live Chat thing and they said it should only be emailed to people who win Auctiva-listed auctions. But its not.

Does anyone have any experience here? Any advice?

If you go to your Account Settings you'll see Email Management towards the bottom...you can disable all of them until this gets straightened out.
