Winter Fairy?

I'm not sure what you mean by what put in custom html. Normally images like these are the shell, and they set the table data to a specfic height and width. They also may set the image to repeat through the table data, so as data is added or removed the shell expands and contracts without changing. Google fluid css table design. Hope this helps.

The fairy image you are referring to in the Winter Fairy template is indeed imbeded into the border, with no simple way to remove it. Simple border template have previously been requested and the design team is looking into this, so look for those in the future!
