Wont list my item. Very Frustrated!

I have been trying to list 2 items that I usually sell EVERY WEEK, and I am getting error messages saying:
The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy.

I have no clue what is going on b.c. I use this listing all the time!! I dont understand what is wrong with it! What does this mean? Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Use the GetHTML button on the saved listings page and then list the item using eBays listing forum using the same title.

That is an eBay error message. Perhaps their website will give a better error message than their API does.
