Worried.. Suddenly Pic in Listings Not Showing..

Hi, are your images hosted on Auctiva, I haven't noticed any problems from the UK today.

Hello there. All pictures on my active listings are displaying. My Auctiva Store front and scrolling gallery are working as well.

I would reboot computer, clear cache and temp folders from your IE or FireFox explorer. See if that helps.

Thanks guys! Did as what you guys suggested but still did not work but think I manage to find the problem.

There is no problems seeing the pic with Safari, IE and Firefox on a PC but can't see when I am using a Macbook with Firefox. Have to ask admin what to do next!

Come on Auctiva, what gives. Thousands of my pictures do not show. This is my livelyhood. An explanation would be nice or at least a time frame of some sort.

Add my name to the list. I checked my auction listing to find them all missing their photos. I go to Auctiva and check my images - gone, just a red X where the pic used to be. I've cleared my cache, tried two different browsers and even logged on from a different computer, all with the same results.

I did notice an Alert last night that the Thurs. night maintenance was going to be longer than usual. I wonder if something screwed up?

Mine are not loading either, but according to the little red link on my main page, Auctiva's engineers are aware of this and are working on it.

The thing I worry about is when there are no announcements of a specific nature. I do see the red alert on the homepage. This is one of those times when you just have to deal with the fact that it's very hard to run a business. All kinds of things can go wrong.
