I been hunting for something that tells me the HOURS of Support here at Auctiva. Is it a business hours support only site? 24/7 support? Support just when someone happens to be around? (which I don't think it is)
BUT I can't find anything to say when I might possible get an answer.
Do I hang around waiting? OR is everyone sleeping so I might as well forget getting an answer in my awake working time?
Just wish I knew.
Since I don't have any Auctiva people on my yahoo IM list I can't tell if you are all sleeping or not, lol. And I having been around enough to know if anyone there is a night person or if you are all daytimers!
Night people need to know, lol!
