I got here because this was suggested to be an easy and efficiant method for aiding in my EBay store.

Seems like I see a whole lot of folks with a whole lot of issues.

Couple of questions

I deactivated the options to use Auctiva for shipping and insurance. Was this the right thing to do, if I just want to keep things as they have been within EBay?

I am waitng on my items to arrive before I am going to get a chance to try the listing form out. I sure hopw this all comes together...

LOL Mr. Jeff, you are so right...

Not working out for other? Gimme a break! I don't know where I'd be without Auctiva.
There's nothing like no learning curve. Remember the first time you listed on FEEpay? At least you save big bucks listing through auctiva.
Now to the original question.
If you want things to be the same as on ebay, you need to deactivate Auctiva Checkout and Auctiva Insurance. I use both of those and I'm extremely satisfied.
Another tip: Take some time to watch the tutorials, before you start. Mr. Mike D. did a good job with them.
