WOW Indexed & Sold in 1 Hr.!!!!!

I'm amazed. I had a item sold 63 minutes after posting. Even though I sell mostly books, they usually take 6 hours to be searchable. This book is one that is in high demand and my BIN was less than the lowest I could find on any site. Do you think it makes a difference if a buyer has it in their favorite search?

Even better would be if eBay is getting them indexed faster.

I don't know how you did it, but congratulations.

I sell mostly religious/theology books and I have not had one sold that quickly, next day yes, but not within a couple of hours.

Must be the "favorite search," that's about the only explanation don't you think?

Favourite search combined with your low BIN price probably and a little bit of synchronicity with the buyer looking at the same time as you were listing!

Perhaps they accessed it through the scrolling window since items show up there even before they are searchable. Another Auctiva Plus.

I don't think a customer could find your items through favorite search if they were not yet indexed. They only show up in MyEbay.

I think it's likely that it was found in your scrolling window, as booklady suggested.

No matter HOW they found your book, I say CONGRATULATIONS also. We have had items sell within MINUTES of listing (at auction) but I believe that happens because a past customer has us bookmarked or has e-mail notifications sent to him when we put up new listings.
