Wrong title on listings | Auctiva

I'm have a problem with my listings. The first 6 are fine, but the next 2, when I preview them, has the wrong title at the top of the pictures! I go back to edit and the wrong title isn't showing there so I can't get it out of there no matter what I do. Is anyone here having that problem? Auctiva, can you fix this please. I saved those 2 but I want to schedule them. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi phylanna38,

I believe you can correct this issue by opening up each of those saved listings and entering your listing title in the "Template Title" field on the lister page. This field is located directly to the right of the "Select Template" button.

If this does not solve your problem, I suggest filing a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:
