WWW.AUCTIVA DOMAIN IS DOWN - UNABLE TO ACCESS!

Greetings all!

So sorry to have to be posting this here, but it's the only domain available to me! For the past 3 hours or so, I've been unable to access anything under the www.auctiva domain (to include log-in, help, etc)

If someone sees this and has access to the help desk or can file a ticket for me, I'd be grateful!

Yes, still having connectivity issues. Am working with Alex F on this. I have access to the community.auctiva domain as well as the support.auctiva domain but not the www.auctiva.com domain. Strange...
