YAY I'm In but Can NOT Access "LISTINGS" HELP!

I was pleased to see Auctiva up and...well, kind of running.

I was finally able to save a listing I was working on, but find that I can't schedule it...

Thanks for all your hard work, guys! I know this must have been a nightmare.

I tried eBay's SYI form...made me appreciate Auctiva even more!

Hoping to be able to schedule my first auction after nine months of not selling...

And btw, the only way I can access this saved listing is to use the "create a similar listing" tab on new listings. I can't get to it if I click on "Saved Listings."

I'm having exactly the same problem with the same error message.

I have to be in the right mood for listing, so I normally start listings and upload the photo's ready. Now I've measured everything ready to do the write ups but can't access them!

Glad to see them back up and running, but I'm getting the same error as Suzy. At least we know they are trying to get it going. I'm sure Auctiva knows this problem already, but I just wanted to put my 2 cents in.

Just got in and have the same problem - can't get to ANY of my listings! Guess the techs can't go to bed yet. Sheesh, so much for getting anything listed this week...

( MESG TO USERS ) PS I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS SAVED LISTINGS AREA . THOUGH THERE ARE STILL TIMES WHEN YOU CANT GET IN. BE PATIENT. THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO ADVANCE YOUR LSITINGS ON EBAY DURING THIS TIME. A FEW SUGGESTIONS. TAKE NEW PICTURES.. ( MORE THEN LIELY ALL THE STUFF YOU HAD PICTURES OF ANYWAYS.. WAS A BUNCH OF CRAP ( LOOKING AT MY OWN ) DIG A LITTLE DEEPER. OR CREATED A FEW BOXED LOTS ... GET INTO PICTURES AND USE THE NEW OPTION DROP DOWNS THEY PROVIVED ON THE LAST UPGRADE BEFORE CRASH. THEN THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO STORE SO MUCH OF YOUR ' CRAP ' ( INCLUDING MY OWN. ) TYPE OUT SOME DESCRIPTIONS AND EMAIL THEM TO YOUR SELF & PASTE AT PRIMETIME. .. VISIT A LOCAL CHARITY THRIFT STORE & LOOK FOR A BETTER TREASURE THEN YOU WERE GOING TO LIST ANYWAYS.. MAKE YOUR KIDS COOKIES.. HWEN WAS THE LAST TIME YA DID THAT ( I HADNT FOR A WHILE MINE WAS APPRCIATED THE BROWNIES I MADE LAST NIGHT DURING CRASH, IT WAS A WHILE FOR ME, ) TAKE THE DOG FOR A WALK.. nanartchik - I can totally appreciate where you are coming from! I just listed a few items with eBay SYI form.... How I missed auctiva!
I mean seriously... do we really need to click though more than one page to list anything nowadays? **cheeky!**

I HEAR YA THERE I STILL SAY THAT AUCTIVA TAKES THE BLUE RIBBON FOR THE ONE PAGE LSITER. MANY CLAIM IT BUT BLINK TO ANOTHER PAGE ON PICTURE AND CATAGORY UPLOADS. NOPE.. THEY ARE THE WIZARDS AT SITE DESIGN. ABSOLUTLY !

now i am SURE that moving my store from ebay to Auctiva was the RIGHT decision.
i can not wait for my move to be over & done with so i can FINALLY work on my auctiva commerce store.

once again you guys here at Auctiva confirmed my GREAT taste/judgement when i decided to give Auctiva a shot years ago

after all these years & what i have seen i definately believe Auctiva Commerce is going to be the place to be for us store owners.
Auctiva gives us HOPE! :::mumbles::: stick THAT in your pipe & smoke it ebay

I cant get into auctiva through the link I have on my puter or through google.

It tells me that it can't go to the website.

I was able to get to community through google by clicking on the community link.

I just clicked on the listing tab from the community page and it did go to the listing page.

I also am not able to list my stored, save listings. Am I missing something? Or do I have to relist each item again? Thanks Chinook

I completed a listing, and scheduled it!!

I just checked, and the listing was ready to go, and waiting for its scheduled time. (I will be at work, and am keeping my fingers crossed...)
