Yet another NEWbie w questions

When do you receive these error messages? Is it when you save or post?

...or are you talking about your Auctiva store?

Each time I try to complete each "field" then I save...and nothing is there....If you take a look, my Auctiva store is a mess right now....lol

Sorry maybe I am not saying this clearly enough. This is where I'm having problems:: I select: Store, Customize Store Style, Selected Edit Style 2, Select #3 contact field, and when I try to fill in the information each time I hit enter I get the ERROR MESSAGE "Text entered not valid".....I even tried to hit save anyway, but nothing shows up. Obviously I must be doing something wrong. Again, any tips from you pros would be greatly appreciated. I Can't imagine the problems I'm gonna have once I try listing stuff. :-(

I appreciate you pointing this out. Our engineering department is aware of this issue with Internet Explorer and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

I tried entering text in these fields using Firefox as my browser and didn't encounter this issue. A free download of Firefox is available at http://mozilla.com

If Firefox fully supported throughout Auctiva?

I too am a firefox user however I switched to IE to do my Auctiva Listings I'm pretty sure that I got a msg from Auctiva telling me not to use Firefox when I tried to do my first listing.

I viewed the need to switch browsers as a small price to pay to get the fab free Auctiva goodies.

Hi Max,

Firefox is fully supported by Auctiva. I'm not sure why you were told to switch browsers...I'm guessing it was one of those "Maybe if you switch browsers, you won't experience this problem" kind of things.
