When I click to POST I get the above message. What does this mean? Why doesn't it post it immediately? Is there a way I can post it right away without scheduling it? thank you.

If you check eBay..it did post.
That's the way it works here. It's not scheduling it's just going to the que in the round about way to upload immediately.
If you find there's a problem, please get with customer support.

After this, I've refreshed several times to see if the auction was posted but it didn't so I rescheduled it.
So how long does it usually take to post the auction immediately? (it seems more than a minute at least to me)..

Once you tell it to post, it doesn't take to long. Maybe 20 to 30 seconds tops. Sometimes it takes a bit to show up on ebay though. I would check in your My Ebay to find it the quickest. JJ

Yeah. Listings can sometimes take a while to show up in eBay's search.
