Hi,
I am having this problem also.
Here is what Auctiva told me.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter. The behavior you have described is due to a known issue that arose as a result of our site update this morning and, while we're not sure what is causing this to happen quite yet, our technical team is working to make sure we can get it resolved with one of our upcoming minor site updates.

We are most likely going to be doing updates to make some bug fixes tomorrow and Friday so, if this issue is not resolved with the minor site update we conduct tomorrow morning, it should be fixed with the one we conduct on Friday.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing. If there is anything further I can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to ask!

Sincerely,
Auctiva Support.

Hope this info helps and i hope they get things fixed soon.
Everything was going good til they launched their update.
Can we say Microsoft........lol. had to say that.

Understand that upgrades don't always go smoothly even with the best testing. However, you should be putting a deadline to fixing major problems (24 or 48 hrs is industry norm depending upon the business. For example, shutting down a production line causing fighter planes not to be built (that's the 24 hrs max) or in Auctiva's case..you are shutting down many business owners who have come to rely and appreciate your site..(that's should be the 48 hr window). Once you hit this deadline, your change management process should instruct you to back-out to the previous version. Then you can fix the known issues and re-test without continuing to impact production. We all hope that the fixes work by Friday but this is real business. So, if they do not conquer the majority of the major bugs, what is Auctiva's plans to back-out the upgrade? Thanks..we know you all are pretty frustrated, too.
