Your external links on ebay?

Hi still learning about auctiva and keep finding things in my listings that i dont want to keep having there. Is there a way to not have any external links from auctiva on my listings? it takes time to delete. I dont mind acknowledging auctiva with an image but advertising? I thought on ebay the only place we could put external links was on our 'about me' page it seems against ebays rules or does auctiva have licence with ebay to do this?

I would appreciate some further knowledge on this.

Hi Kelly,

Affiliate advertisement links are certainly allowed by eBay and are used promotionally by virtually all 3rd party listing and management services! For additional information on eBay's affiliate links policy, please view the following page of eBay's help index: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-links-credits.html

When using Auctiva's templates and image hosting, the only way to prevent these links from appearing in your listings would be to delete them using eBay's "Revise your Item" form after thay have been posted.

Auctiva is giving you photo hosting, listing service, templates, etc. for free and you're going to complain about them promoting their service in your ad? That's coldhearted. Ed
