Hi all,

I’m having a problem with my zipcode being saved in my shipping profile; I have to enter it every time I create a new listing instead of it being saved inside the profile.

I don’t know if this is a factor: I’m in UK, i.e I’m entering a postcode not a zipcode.

Or am I just being really stupid and it’s not supposed to save in the profile…?

Hi!

When you try to save your postal code in a profile does it ever come back with an error? I just tried to save a profile with a postal code using the UK as my country and it came back with a red message saying my postal code was invalid.

Are you able to do calculated shipping with auctiva using your postal code? If not, maybe it isn't necessary.
