Cannot save any new listings

Yes am having same problem - can now do a listing with a description and can crop pics but whats the use when after all that I cannot save it

That's what I'm getting.

I have sent a support query through to Auctiva so am waiting for a reply.

I have done the same.

this is the problem I have when I do a new listing can't save when I get to the end. Then my master file for my flowers I sell won't download correctly at all. The description box is still disappearing on me. Yikes.

Same here...descriptions on every saved listing from weeks back disappeared yesterday. They are now back but don't appear for several seconds.
However I still cannot save any listings, nor post them to EBay.
I get an error message but when I do an error check it comes up as OK!

Keep working Auctiva IT guys, usually Auctiva is so good.

We all missed reduced rate listings on EBay yesterday! Perthaps not a good time to change/adjust the system?

I have not been able to list anything on Auctiva for 36 hours now.

Can someone please tell us when this will be fixed.

I cant enter a new description neither see my previous saved listings to type over.

I am losing serious money not being able to list on Ebay

I can save my listings...but they won't schedule. It only shows save as new as an option. Does anyone know when this will be fixed? I have auctions I need posted for Sunday. Thanks, Gail

Can't save listings.
At first the description editor was blank and woudn't let me insert a description.
Now I can put in as much description as I want.. but I can't save, post or schedule.
I had high hopes the Thursday night maintenance would fix the problem.. but I am dead in the water again today.

Can anyone tell me is this just a Uk problem?

No it is not just UK problem, I am in the US and haven't been able to list for three days. I am losing on average $500.00 a day. If things are not fixed soon I am moving everything over to Inkfrog, I can't afford to be down idle like this......

Hi all
I have just gone to do a listing although the description bit did not come up straight away I did an erroc check and it did come up photos I could crop and guess what at the bottom the Save/Post/Schedule Boxes could all be got to. See if anyone else can do it.

you got lucky it didn't work for me.....

I can at least see my descriptions now but I CAN'T SAVE e any new information I put in. At first the description box looks like a ghost box but then it appears.

Ok people. I am not new to ebay or Auctiva but new to fairly leaving notes here. I am having the same problem but figured out a way to get around the problem. After I did my listing I ran it through an error check. Then after that was done, at the bottom, it gave me the option to "save as new" so I did. Then I went to my saved listings, selected the listing and was able to schedule it. Takes more time but at least it is in the que to go! Hope it does, :-).

Thank Jan will try it bit I just got this email from support, what are they doing all day?

"Are you using the Create a similar listing feature or the Save as New feature when you say "I cannot save any new listing that I make from my old one"?

Just got this email from support.

Thank you for contacting us today. We are currently receiving reports such as yours from users who are trying to use the "create similar" listing function, and are not able to. This is known problem to Auctiva which is related to the new upgrade version of Auctiva which was released a couple days ago. Auctiva engineers are working on a solution to this problem and the fix is expected to be released at any time. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Have you tried listing more then one item?
