Just went to check my scheduled listings and they are not launching. This happened to me last week and I'm just wondering if there is a problem or am I worrying too soon?
I'm having the same problem too. I thought it was Firefox so I tried in IE, still the same issue. Its driving me crazy because I can't cancel the posting and since I was unsure, I have the same item in queue 7 times. Ugh. It'd be nice if we could see the reason it is erroring in posting.
I tried posting too, with no luck. I also tried a second time with no luck. Guess that was a bad idea because it now shows it will post twice. It won't let me cancel either one. Is there a way to eventually cancel one and not get charged the ebay fees?
Good to know im not imagining this. I also have two listings (immediate , NOT scheduled) that I listed and are just sitting there (retrying in "-32 min" ??) and I also tried to cancel and now have the same item waiting to list =( Can anyone tell us if this will be fixed soon or what is happening so I can list through ebay directly or other? I appreciate it. Is there a "general status" info space on here? Thanks!
I'm seeing this too. My guess is that the problem is with Auctiva and not eBay. eBay deals with hudreds of thousands of postings each day, if there was a problem on their end, I'm sure everyone would know about it.
I've had 12 scheduled postings retrying since the top of the hour and none have been successful yet.
EDIT: I have submitted support case #206389 for this, with a link to this thread.
I am getting this too. I went ahead and posted some additional ads as well, since I am assuming that Auctiva will attempt to list them with eBay once they fix the issue. Otherwise, I'll just have to confirm each listing. Except that one of them is in there twice and cannot be deleted! :-|
I am having the same thing happening. I don't want my auctions ending in the middle of the night!!! Grrrr!!! Which is probably when they will post at this point. And one is trying to post twice--don't know what that is about??
Well it happened to me. My revised listings went up straight away and I didn't think to double chheck my scheduled listings but sure enough not posted due to time out. I am trying to post them now. We'll see. This is not good.
For those of you who have created multiple auctions...As soon as the item is listed go to "End My Auction Early" you'll find it under the help category. Put in the item number and just follow the prompts. You will be credited on your monthly statement.
