hit count on active listings page

I have noticed that the last seven items I posted show N/A in the hits column of the active listings page even though they all have sellathon counters. My older postings are showing counts and I do not think I did anything differently on the latter ones. Any suggestions as to how to get the count numbers showing and how to get them on any other postings I do in the future. Thank you, gj

Hi GJ,

We recently acquired Sellathon, partly because their systems became unable to handle our volume of requests, and we are in the process of upgrading their hardware to allow the "Hits" column on our customers' active listings pages to update more frequently and reliably.

In the mean time, if you file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page, our support staff will be able to attempt to update your counter hits manually.
