Is it just me, or is the website down? I get an error if I try to log in. It's happening on two different computers.

Well 'phew' - thanks everyone, and
'phew' - glad it's not my fault, and
'phew' - glad it's a known and logical reason, but
'ooer' - no scrolling while maintenance going on? Oh well, maintenance has to happen of course. just a bit of a problem here in the UK, as a lot of folk would be viewing listings before setting off for work I guess.

What would happen if one of my listings ended during this period, I assume the automatic emails wouldn't work? What about checkout? If they will be disabled, I'll need to ensure I never have a listing ending at this time. What about BINs? Confused

Some interesting questions you have there...I wish I knew the answers! It doesn't affect me too much here in the states as it's 2am right now. You should go to the help button at the top of the page and file a support request, the Auctiva staff are wonderful and will always help you out. It is a little upsetting to see the site looking so normal, but when going to 'listings' or whatever seeing that message.

But it HAS to be maintenence, every Thursday for as long as I can remember it's been like this, only you normally don't get the home page at all, only the maintenence announcement. I'm thinking maybe somebody at Auctiva goofed Smile
