Hello Community,

We have updated the Auctiva site earlier today with some great new features that will help you use Auctiva more easily and be more productive. Here is a rundown of what’s new on the Auctiva site. You can now:

1) Add as many optional gallery images to your listings as you wish directly from Auctiva, up to the 12 image maximum supported by eBay. On eBay, these gallery images appear as small thumbnail size photos that display on your eBay listing below the larger main gallery image. Using these optional gallery images can help increase your sales, because potential buyers can quickly view the optional images on eBay without having to scroll down to the description to see the images for your listing.

Please note that eBay makes these optional Gallery images free in certain circumstances but also charges for them in others, so before you start using this feature, make sure to check eBay http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/fees.html#picture to determine what eBay fees may apply in your situation.

Finally, there has been no change to your ability to use Auctiva to add up to 24 (supersize-able) images in the body of your listing with no additional eBay fees for using them.

2) Set up your Auctiva account to automatically send a positive feedback message to the buyer as soon as your buyer pays, rather than waiting until the buyer’s feedback has been received. We received hundreds of 200 votes for this on the Auctiva Feature center, and we are pleased to make it available.

3) Actively manage your list of Recently Used Categories. Many users select the “Recently Used Categories” menu to select from a category that they have used before. This list can get very long and cluttered with unused entries over time, so we have added the ability for users to delete specific categories from the drop down menu, as well as providing a ‘clear all’ function that will clear out all the menu entries. This feature has also received many votes from users.

4) Use the Auctiva dashboard page to access and view your eBay Seller Performance Summary information while you are signed on to your Auctiva account. The eBay Performance Summary gives you a quick look at your performance ratings and other information about your selling on eBay. You will see your overall Performance, Power Seller level (if applicable), Discount (if applicable), Policy Compliance and eBay Account Status. All this information is provided by eBay.

5) Enter a UPS, FedEx, USPS or other major carrier’s package tracking or delivery confirmation information on the Sales Transaction page of your Auctiva account, to be automatically submitted to eBay where your buyer will be able to view the tracking information you entered from in their eBay account.
