I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing.
I am also unable to reach our Support Case form from within your account, but I have not been able to reproduce this behavior with other accounts I have tested (or while not logged in), so the issue appears to be account specific.
As I mentioned when I replied to the thread you posted about the listing difficulties you have been experience, I will create a support case on your behalf shortly and will have our technical team look into your inability to access the Support Case form through that case as well.
