You obviously need to read all the other discussions about this -- this is an OLD problem that Auctiva is having - always READ before you waste your time posting (typing). That's the reason no one has answered you - you are already surrounded by other people complaining about the same thing...

We are told it might be fixed by the END of the month. March and April Auctiva viruses ate up all our precious time and money, now their new html "upgrade" has eaten up all our May time and money. NO telling what June will bring
