Reply to "HELP - INTERMITTANT IMAGE UPLOADING -"

Hi Community,

Please see the post I made today on the following thread of our community forum for some information on the possible causes of the image upload failures that are being reported: https://community.auctiva.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/838609941/m/8661036203

However, the information I posted there would only apply to customers who are receiving "Failed" message when they try to upload images. If certain buttons aren't responding for you or something of that nature, there are probably some adjustments you can make on your end that will help - in which case I recommend contacting customer support.
