Hi,

Usually, that message is an indication you did a copy and paste of an image you have on your computer directly to the description box in the one-page lister. That method won't work.

You need to upload the image to Auctiva and then use the Insert an Auctiva Hosted Image icon on the description editor toolbar (bottom row at right).
