I just looked into this a bit and it appears that the payment/return details will show in the preview for some listings, but not others. There's a bug there somewhere. All the additional details should be included on the listing once it posts to eBay though. If the details aren't making into the listing on eBay, please let us know ASAP. In the meantime I'll have an engineer look into the bug. Thanks!
