Hi.
If you have a cc on file and it's not letting you use it, have you checked to see if it's got a current expiration date? That's all I can think of.

Otherwise, I'd file a support ticket through PP to find out what's going on. I don't know what kind of headache or not that you're in for with their support. Good luck, either way!
