It is not allowed, no matter where you try to sell it. There is no site that will "ALLOW" it nor will Apple....not even at flea markets

The LEGAL consequences are way worse than just getting a listing pulled. And no one should be encouraged to break laws, seek ways to break laws or to be set up for legal issues.

Apple is also a VERO member on eBay and on most other sites and played a HUGE part in getting that listing pulled.....because they do NOT allow it. All those other site also have rules and policies and are required to have it's members comply with LAWS as well.
