Mike, I'm pretty sure Panda-Chic is restating the original question because [s]he found Sellathon support to be unhelpful.

I don't use the Sellathon counters, so I can't vouch for the accuracy of the instructions there, but it should be worth a try. Also, one of the users reported that the changes he made were ineffective after his free trial period ended, so if you're still on the free trial, recheck everything after it expires.
