Hi did... don't know if this is what you mean but...
I had a big, blank white space where my SCROLLING WINDOW should have been--in all my auctions & here on the Auctiva site when I went to the STORE tab, then STORE WINDOW to try to Edit... there was NOTHING anywhere!
I "cleaned my cache" -- on IE browser under TOOLS, INternet Options. Delete Cookies AND Delete Files, and Window was back immediately.
You might also take a look in that Store, Store Window tab & try to edit.
Based on what you say in your post & without knowing the specifics, that's all I can offer at this point.
