My questions are:
How do I start?
Should I first...
1)upload all my pix into folders for each of my listings and then
2)create all my listing specifics into the designated Auctiva areas and then save each one as a profile, or a Master profile (?) this is where I get confused on using Auctiva Confused
3)which tab do I do first?

Next question - my sister has been using Auctiva for a few years and she has her own design as her template - how did she do that?

Also, could someone advise about the Auctiva store versus an ebay store...or both?

Your questions are a bit vague...

You can set up a Master profile to list your terms of service consistently across all listings. Your seller details.
Or you can have a few different types, that may be unique to different selling categories.

I tend to upload my photos in batches to folders. I do this at the photo editing stage.
I may take photos and edit those photos on five different items in one category. Once those photos are stored in your image folders, then they are available whenever you are ready to create the listing form.

I understand that you can use custom listing forms, but I haven't delved into that realm.
You can also modify existing Auctiva templates.

If you click on the "FIND" tab here at the top row of the community message board, and do a search on stores, you will come across many discussions on the stores question.
